1. Consultation Fees

• Our consultation fees are set at $100 for a 30-minute session and $150 for a 50-minute session.
• All fees are payable in advance and must be completed through our appointment booking system.
• Payment is required to secure your appointment slot.

2. Refund Policy

• Please note that all payments for consultations are final. Rubic Consulting Inc does not offer refunds for consultation services under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling Appointments

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling an appointment.
• Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
• To reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Failure to notify us within this timeframe, or attempts to reschedule more than twice, will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee and the appointment slot.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation and fail to notify us, it will be considered a “no-show.”
• “No-shows” will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• Rubic Consulting Inc reserves the right to terminate a session in the event of inappropriate conduct or behavior.
